Research indicates that icy water may have a positive effect on and may help with recovery, inflammation, physical performance, resiliency and stress management, balance to the nervous system, cognitive function, mood, accelerated metabolism, improved cold tolerance and improved immune system.

how long do you plunge?

Cold plunge lenght is ideally 2 to 4 minutes and should not exceed 10 minutes per plunge.
