Things to remember before your float:

-
You don’t need to bring anything but an open mind for your float!
-
You are required to shower both before and after your float. We supply towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your post-float shower. You’ll need to bring your own hairbrush/comb. If you have preferred toiletries, please feel free to bring them with you.
-
If you wear contacts, we recommend bringing your contact case and solution, as it’s best to remove contacts prior to floating.
-
Avoid eating a heavy meal immediately before floating.
-
Do your best to avoid caffeine before the float. Caffeine is a stimulant and can interfere with your relaxation when floating.
-
Shaving tips: For men, avoid shaving your face at least 6 hours before your float. For women, avoid shaving your body at least 12 hours before your float. Any small cuts will be distracting due to the Epsom salt sting.
-
Do your best to avoid smoking just before your appointment. Even if you are craving a cigarette, the tank may suppress your craving. That said, you will need to figure out what works best for your body.
-
We have a 2 week minimum wait time on any hair dye treatments. Your hair must run clear in the shower and not stain a towel.
